The Lord’s Supper

The booklet by a missionary in Mexico is a translation from the Spanish. Four chapters deal with Remembrance, Covenant, Communion and Hope. An unusual treatment, in the sense that why is stressed perhaps more than how. And helpful too, since many of the thoughts expressed under why are not usually dealt with in brethren’s zeal to stress the how. A very useful book both for believers who know the truth, and for others who still cling to traditional religion. The author treats the latter very kindly: “… but the Bible knows nothing about it. Once again we do not desire to argue”.
